Spring Garden Cleanup

Garden all cleaned up & ready for the season.

With no snow to speak of for four weeks it seems like Denver has already been experiencing spring. Leaves have been blowing and redispersing in yards. Plants have died back over winter and have lush fresh, basal growth. This dead plant material needs to be removed to allow new plants to grow. Get your garden off to the right start and keep it healthy by getting the garden cleaned up today.

Now is also the time to apply pre-emergent to help prevent weed seeds from germinating. (***Pre-Emergent will reduce germination rates of any seed, be careful when applying***). Structural pruning of criscrossed branches and pruning of old should be performed now too. Some bushes can even be rejuvenated by taking them all the way back to the ground. All these actions are necessary to help keep your garden healthy and growing strong for years to come.

We know your time is important to you. A Better Garden Maintenance provides all these services and more. To get a garden cleanup scheduled and allow you to enjoy the amazing Colorado outdoors, call us today (303) 433-3750.
