My name is Jonathan Manning, and I am the General Manager here at A Better Garden Maintenance, LLC.  I coordinate & oversee snow removal services at multiple businesses, HOA’s, apartment complexes, houses and retail shopping centers. I have been and am responsible for Zero Snow-Tolerance commercial snow removal sites as well as HOA’s & apartment complexes.  A snow removal tolerance is the depth of snow at which snow removal services, such as snow plowing, begin for a storm.  Each snow removal service, such as snow shoveling, may have a different snow tolerance depth set.  Usually for business, commercial warehouses & retail centers the plowing tolerance depth is set for two (2) inches and the shoveling depth is set for one (1) inch.   We can usually accommodate any variation of snow depth tolerance that suits your needs and time frame of snow removal service. Denver snow removal services are prioritized by snow depth tolerance and how the property fits into a Denver snow removal schedule. I have an extensive background of providing snow removal services of  plowing, shoveling, equipment operations and snow patrol & de-icing services.

During the Denver Christmas double blizzard of 2006, I was responsible for a No Snow-Tolerance property with over 1300 parking spaces with multiple islands & drive lanes in Golden, Colorado.  At all times over 50% of the parking lot and all drive lanes were kept usable.  A front-end loader was brought in to accompany the two plow trucks and bobcat with a snow push box.  Slicer & Sand/Salt mix was used to keep drive lanes free of snow & ice and magnesium chloride flakes & Ice melt were used to prevent icing along handicap spaces & all walkways.  Snow shoveling was performed in such a way to use the snow plows & heavy equipment to move snow away from the buildings & entryways.  All snow was moved to areas to minimize the effects of thawing & refreezing  issues due to water drainage issues.  This property  was safe at all times even after multiple feet of snow fell.  During this same Denver snow storm, I was also responsible for other business parks & commercial warehouses which housed ambulances & paramedics and organ transplant shipping & receiving centers in Arvada.  Access was always maintained in all situations to minimal snow due to rate at which the snow was falling.

Safety of you and your customers is always my biggest concern!
